How do I book ?

You can book via our website or if you prefer you can book in our office.

How far in advance do I need to book ?

As soon as possible after your decision, otherwise you might lose the room to somebody else.

How long is the contract ?

It depends the type of contract you choose. You can see the types of contracts here.

Do you take a deposit ?

Yes, it depends the contract. Normally the deposit is one month and a half.

Do you pick me up ?

We can offer you a taxi pick up service with our partners. If you don’t want it we will allays help you with the directions to our office which you could find easily through public transport. Once here we will help you find the flat´s location and the better option for you to arrive there. Mostly all of our flats are nearby from the office, so you won’t need shuttles, or taxis, but going for a walk would be fine.

How can I get there ?

In the description of each flat you can find the nearest subway station. If you have any problem or doubt you can come to the office and we will help you. Our office is in C/Infantas 5, 1st floor, Madrid. Go to contact page.

Is there public transport around my location ?

Yes, all of our flats have a perfect location with a lot of availabilities for transport and good connections.

What are the basic rules in the shared flats ?

The most important, you have to stay positive coexistence. Basic rules are: no parties, no smoking and no pets.

Do you provide bed clothes ?

We don´t provide bed sheets or pillow; usually the old tenants leave the old ones on the flat but you know, buying new stuffs is always cool, right?

What happen with the cleaning of the flat ?

We provide a cleaning service once a week for the common areas free of charge. But remember the responsibility to remain the flat clean is yours.

What about visits ?

You could invite friends or family to stay over without any cost or problem anyone in the flat. Obviously counting on your flat-mates consideration too and for a short period of time.

What services are included ?

In the rent price are included WIFI connection, cleaning service once a week for common areas and TV. You will have to pay only for electricity, gas and water.

Is there any parking around ?

We do not provide parking place but if you are interested in it we can help you find a place to park your car.

What is the office schedule ?

Our office is opened all working days from 9:30h till 19:30h. In the office we can solve all your request or problems.

Can I lock my room ?

Yes, most of our rooms have lock. If no lock is provided, you can call your flat manager to solve this problem.

Do you provide technical service ?

In case something does not work you just need to contact us and we will send our technicians team as soon as possible.

Can I furnish my room ?

All of our rooms are provided with a desk, wardrobe, bed and chair. Although you could decorate your room as you want and fill it with all you need.

How can I pay my rent ?

Normally all of our tenants pay the rent in the office by cash or credit card but if you prefer, you can pay via PayPal or bank transfer.

What happens if I want to cancel my booking ?

Get in touch and tell us straight away. How much we can help will depend on the timing and the circumstances of your cancellation; you can check our cancelation policy.

Can I change my bedroom ?

Depends, if you feel you want to do it contact your flat manager to sort it out.
