Our Services

Our Goal is to make your accommodation search as easy as possible and making your new flat a home away from home!

Expenses Management

You won’t ever have to worry about managing your bills for your flat; every month you will receive an online bill with all of your expenses and charges. Simply login to keep track.

Individual Contract

Each individual room has its own contract which is completely independent from the rest of the flat. All of our contracts are approved by the city of Milan and can always be renewed.

Cleaning Service

We organize a weekly cleaning service of all common areas of the flat (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.)at the price of €10/hour, to divide between all the tenants with the option of a custom cleaning of bedrooms upon request!

All Furnished

All of our flats are fully furnished. From a desk, bed and wardrobe, to a flat screen in your living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Family Apartments discounts

Your relatives are coming to visit you? No worries, we can offer you special discounts and find really nice accommodations for them in our family apartments !

Tecnical Support

We have your maintenance needs covered with our technical team.

We learnt about a new reality we loved at first sight: exclusive and affordable rooms totally dedicated to students, with a warm and unique atmosphere in Spain. We decided to be part of this innovative idea and opened the Italian Franchising. We share a philosophy: to create an unique and affordable environment for young people, students or interns. From shared student flats to apartments for young people living & working in Milan, we are here to help you find the perfect accommodation for your stay.
